Terms of Service
Effective date: 11 July 2026
These Terms govern use of vankasltd.com, submission of an application, pre-contract communications, and VANKAS services when incorporated into an accepted written proposal or service agreement. Specific service scope, production volume, start date and commercial details are confirmed in the written service agreement or proposal accepted before payment. If a specific written agreement contains different terms for a particular engagement, that agreement applies to that engagement, subject to mandatory consumer law.
Browsing or submitting an application does not require the applicant to purchase anything.

- Ownership or licence rights in final deliverables are governed by the signed service agreement.
- Third-party music, footage, fonts, software or other assets remain subject to their own licences.
- VANKAS retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, systems, know-how and internal production processes.
- The client must not claim ownership of third-party assets beyond the licence granted.

M. Performance and platform conditions

- Channel eligibility, performance and timing depend on multiple factors.
- YouTube controls its rules, distribution, review and approval processes.
- Reporting and performance data are used to guide future topics, hooks and formats.

See the Service and Results Disclosures.
N. Fees, currency and taxes
- Public prices are currently displayed in USD.
- Final invoice amounts are confirmed before payment.
- Applicable VAT, sales tax or similar tax treatment may depend on customer location, status and applicable law.
- The customer must provide accurate billing and tax information.
- Bank, card, currency-conversion and intermediary charges imposed by third parties are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- VANKAS may update public pricing for future engagements, but not retroactively change an already accepted billing cycle.
O. Payment
- Channel Launch is paid before work begins.
- Monthly production is paid in advance.
- Work may be paused if payment is overdue.
- A paused schedule may need to be rescheduled based on production capacity.
- VANKAS does not begin work based only on a pending or failed payment.
- Future payment processing may occur through private Stripe invoices or subscription links.
P. Term and renewal
- Channel Launch is a one-time project phase.
- Recurring production begins with a minimum initial three-month term.
- It then renews month-to-month.
- Renewal and cancellation dates are determined by the accepted agreement and billing date.
- VANKAS must give written notice of material pricing changes before they affect a future renewal.
Q. Cancellation
See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Notice may be sent to support@vankasltd.com.
- Cancellation during the initial term normally becomes effective at the end of that initial term.
- After the initial term, cancellation normally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Future cycles are not charged after cancellation becomes effective.
- Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
R. Suspension and termination
VANKAS may suspend or terminate for:
- Non-payment
- Illegal or infringing instructions
- Purchased or artificial engagement requests
- Platform-policy violations
- Abuse or threats
- Repeated failure to provide required access or approvals
- Material breach of the signed agreement
Where reasonably possible, VANKAS should give notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable breach. If VANKAS ends the service without client breach, prepaid fees for clearly unperformed future work should be refunded proportionately.
S. Confidentiality
Both parties should protect non-public business, channel, account and production information. This does not cover information already public, independently developed or legally required to be disclosed.
T. Data protection
Application and client data are handled under the Privacy Notice and any applicable signed agreement.
U. Website availability
VANKAS may update, maintain or temporarily interrupt the site and does not promise uninterrupted website availability.
V. Liability
- Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- Nothing limits statutory consumer rights.
- Neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, to the extent permitted by law.
- VANKAS is not responsible for YouTube outages, policy decisions, account actions or distribution decisions outside VANKAS control.
- Any contractual liability limitation for a specific engagement is defined in the signed service agreement.
W. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
- This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
- The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns by contacting support@vankasltd.com.
- Any jurisdiction clause remains subject to mandatory consumer law.
X. Changes
Material changes will be reflected through an updated effective date.
