Through the application form we collect:

• Evaluation horizon

• Funding and minimum-budget confirmations
• Main reason for applying
• Relevant experience (optional)
• Additional context (optional)
• Required acknowledgements
• Submission timestamps and submission reference
• Internal application status
• Security and anti-abuse validation results

VANKAS does not request through the application:

• Salary
• Bank details
• Card details
• Debt information
• Credit information
• Account passwords
• Desired or expected income

• Review the application.
• Assess service, budget, timing and production fit.
• Contact the applicant about the application.
• Arrange a private fit call where appropriate.
• Maintain application and communication records.
• Prevent duplicate, abusive, automated or fraudulent submissions.
• Protect the security of the website and application process.
• Establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

• Processing necessary to take steps at the applicant’s request before potentially entering a service agreement.
• Legitimate interests in managing applications, maintaining security, preventing abuse and protecting legal rights.
• Legal obligations where applicable.

We do not rely on marketing consent, and we do not add applicants to a marketing list.

Application information may be processed by service providers that support the application process, including:

• Lovable Cloud hosting and database infrastructure.
• Transactional application-email delivery.
• Technical security and infrastructure.

These providers process information only to provide the relevant services. VANKAS does not sell application information.

Application information is currently stored in the Lovable Cloud project region Europe, eu-west-1 (Ireland).

Applications that do not progress to a client relationship are normally retained for up to 12 months after the final application decision or communication, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is reasonably necessary for legal claims. If an applicant becomes a client, relevant information may form part of the client relationship and be retained under the applicable contractual, accounting and legal requirements.

The form uses basic rule-based checks for age, minimum budget, ability to fund the service and submission security. These checks are used to prevent unsuitable or automated submissions. Ambiguous applications are reviewed manually. An applicant may contact VANKAS to request human review.

Applicants may request to exercise the following rights:

• Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority
